1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Glyphbreak (the “App”) or accessing our website at glyphbreak.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App or website.

2. License & Gameplay

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Glyphbreak for personal entertainment purposes on supported devices.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying puzzle algorithms, automated solvers, or API tokens, nor deploy automated bots to manipulate leaderboard rankings or ad reward verifications.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Glyphbreak may offer in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., “Remove Ads” at $0.99/month).

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s App Store or Google Play account settings.
• All refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Glyphbreak is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
